KLEAR Beauty is a brand operated by Guangzhou Weige Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (registration number 91440111MAEUCRXT65), registered at Room 505, No. 805 Xicha Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China. In these Terms, "KLEAR Beauty", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Guangzhou Weige Supply Chain Co., Ltd. trading as KLEAR Beauty. "You" refers to the person accessing the Service.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of klearbeauty.co and all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Service"). Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Service.

Individual results from cosmetic products vary from person to person. Any results described on the Service are illustrative and are not a promise of the results you will experience.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, the colours and appearance you see may vary depending on your device, screen, and display settings, and packaging may change from time to time.
Product descriptions and specifications may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantity we supply to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance, and we must have received and processed your payment before acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted we may be unable to change or cancel it, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If we decline, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
You confirm that you are purchasing for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import charges. Where duties or import taxes apply, responsibility for them is set out in our Shipping Policy.
Promotional offers may carry their own separate terms. Where a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and to keep it up to date. You confirm that: the payment details you provide are true, accurate, and complete; you are authorised to use the payment method; and you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, at the prices displayed.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery times shown on the Service are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier records the order as delivered to the address you provided at checkout. This is consistent with the Risk of Loss section of our Refund & Returns Policy.

The KLEAR Beauty name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Guangzhou Weige Supply Chain Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks appearing on the Service belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools
The Service may give you access to tools provided by third parties that we do not control or monitor.
These tools are made available "as is" and "as available", without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We accept no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of such tools is at your own risk, and you should review and satisfy yourself with the third party's own terms before using them.

The Service is powered by Shopify. All sales transactions on the Service are made directly with KLEAR Beauty.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any matter arising from or relating to a sales transaction between you and KLEAR Beauty, including any loss or damage caused by products or services purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with KLEAR Beauty.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://klearbeauty.co/policies/privacy-policy.
Because the Service is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information about your use of the Service. Information you submit may be transferred to Shopify and to service providers located in countries other than the one where you live. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLEAR Beauty, Guangzhou Weige Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, together with Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any product purchased through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any product purchased through the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLEAR Beauty, Guangzhou Weige Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against any loss, damage, liability, or third-party claim arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms or any document referenced in them; your breach of any law or infringement of any third party's rights; or your access to and use of the Service.
We will notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnification. A delay in notifying you will not release you from your obligation unless it materially prejudices your position. We may control the defence and settlement of such claims at your expense, including choice of counsel, but we will not settle a claim that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which you may not unreasonably withhold. You agree to cooperate in the defence of any such claim.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable part will be severed. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions is not affected.
19. Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies we publish on the Service, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, including earlier versions of these Terms.
Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafter.
20. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent and without notice to you.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with any product purchased through the Service, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and KLEAR Beauty agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence, or entitles you to the protection of mandatory provisions of your local law, nothing in this section removes that right or protection.
22. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws give you stronger rights than these Terms, those rights apply.
23. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
Some products may be offered on a subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries at the frequency and duration you select at checkout. All subscription orders are subject to these Terms and our Refund & Returns Policy.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
Subscription prices may change. We will notify you of any price change before it takes effect.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@klearbeauty.co. Cancellation requests must reach us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date in order to stop that renewal. Requests received after that point will take effect from the following renewal.
Once a subscription order has been charged and processed, it is shipped and cannot be cancelled. Charges already taken are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If you cancel, you will not be charged for future deliveries, but you remain responsible for charges already incurred.
24. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or supplier failure, customs action, government restrictions, power or telecommunications failure, or cyber attack.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes take effect when published on klearbeauty.co, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
26. Headings
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
